Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Pet Proof, LLC (“we”) collects on buypetproof.com and what we do with it. Questions about it go to support@buypetproof.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us. The contact form sends us your name, email address, how you’d like us to reach you, your phone number if you give it, your message and any photos you attach.
• When you leave a review. The review form sends us your name, email address, rating and review. If we publish your review, your name and review appear on the site. Your email address does not.
• When you browse. Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type. See our Cookie Policy for cookies.

Buying PETPROOF

PETPROOF is sold on Amazon. When you buy, Amazon handles your order and payment under its own privacy notice. We don’t receive your payment details.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your question, help with your door or order, publish reviews you submit, and keep spam off the site. We don’t sell your information.

Who else receives it

Only the services that run the site: our web host (DreamHost), which also delivers the site’s email, and Google, which provides the site’s fonts and the spam check on the review form. These services may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to help you. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Email support@buypetproof.com to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us, or to have your review removed.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
